1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DefiTheOdds API, website, or $DITTO token ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. No Financial Advice

All data provided by DefiTheOdds, including but not limited to technical indicators, Market Intelligence, and ML-driven Market Regime Scores (HMM), is for informational and educational purposes only. We are a data provider, not a financial advisor. Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. ML & Probabilistic Data Disclaimer

Our Market Regime Scores are generated using Hidden Markov Models (HMM) and Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM). These are probabilistic inferences based on historical data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any ML-generated scores.

4. API Usage & Subscription

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the API based on their chosen plan (Free, Pro, or AI). Automated scraping beyond the limits of your plan, reselling data without authorization, or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary ML models is strictly prohibited.

5. $DITTO Token Utility

$DITTO is a utility and governance token within the DefiTheOdds ecosystem. It does not represent equity, debt, or a claim on profits. Holding $DITTO grants access to specific features as outlined in the roadmap, which is subject to change based on community governance.

02. Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information required to provide our services:

Email addresses for account authentication and communication.
Public wallet addresses (Solana) for token-gated access verification.
Billing information processed securely via Stripe (we do not store raw credit card data).
API usage metadata to monitor for abuse and ensure system stability.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used to manage your subscription, provide customer support, and improve our ML models. We do not sell user data to third-party marketing firms.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize industry-standard third-party providers for infrastructure:

Supabase: For database and authentication management.
Stripe: For secure payment processing.
Fly.io: For hosting our application logic.

4. Security

We implement robust security measures, including CSRF protection, rate limiting, and encrypted session management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
